Join the Community Meditation Hour
The world may feel like it’s blowing up--going crazy--and whether it is impacting your daily life or not, your nervous system is feeling it. But you don’t have to live with your nervous system on high alert, constantly stressed and looking for the danger.
Meditation helps reset your nervous system, reduces stress, anger, fear, anxiety, depression, and even aggression.
When practiced in a community/group setting, the effects of meditation tend to compound and ripple beyond the group meditating.
Lydia, founder of Questions Authority Coaching, believes that when we turn our focus inward and let our souls shine a light on what is hurting, what is wounded, and what is asking to be seen and healed, that causes a ripple effect that changes the world.
When we do this together, our ripple becomes exponentially greater. So, let’s go inward together, invite in more love and peace to our own hearts, and see how this practice begins to change the world around us.
Come be part of the change in this world.
The Community Meditation Hour is free—and will be for as long as Lydia is called to offer the space.
However, if you feel called to contribute, you may sign-up for one of the paid monthly subscriptions rather than the free one. If you choose a paid option, that money will go towards covering Lydia’s costs to host the Community Meditation Hour. Any money contributed above and beyond Lydia’s costs will be donated. When you join (free or paid), you have the option to submit the name of a human rights organization that you believe is deserving of these funds. Lydia will take all suggestions and choose based on what aligns best with Questions Authority Coaching’s values (promotes love, connection, community, and personal responsibility).
