Shamanism is the oldest form of spiritual and energy healing known to man. I work with spirit guides and your soul to help you release and heal from personal and ancestral trauma, karmic baggage, and spiritual wounds that may be causing physical ailments. I also have a workbook and 60-day journal that helps you deconstruct any negative self-talk you have and uncover the false stories you tell yourself. Once you’ve worked through the exercises in the workbook, you can create new self-talk patterns and write new stories using the prompts in the journal. Available on Amazon!
